EXCHANGE & RETURNS

 

Your happiness is our goal.

 

We want you to love your Bird & Kite and feel beautiful wearing it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase we will be happy to accept a return or exchange of any full priced items within 7 days of receiving it. Items should be returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

 

Here’s how to do it:

 

  • To request a return or exchange you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at info@birdandkite.com.
  • In your email:
  • Please provide your name and order number
  • Please specify your reason for return. If the item is faulty, please outline a description of the fault.

 

Our customer service team will reply to you with a return address within 48 hrs.

 

  • The item needs to be returned within 7 days of us making contact with you.
  • The return item needs to be sent via a trackable method. Please retain your tracking number in the case of a missing parcel.
  • Postage costs for sending and returning of items are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
  • A full refund of the cost of the item will be issued, via original payment method, once we receive the item in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
  • Our customer service team will handle exchange requests and particulars with you via email.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

 

Yay! We offer free shipping on all Australian orders

  • We want to offer you the most reliable delivery service. For this, all orders are sent via Australia Post, Express post service.
  • Delivery generally takes 2 – 5 working days for domestic orders.
  • All items are issued with a tracking number. Once your order has been sent you will be contacted by us via email with a delivery status and tracking number. You are then free to track your parcel at your own convenience, at any time, using the Australia post online tracking service,
  • In the event your parcel has not reached you within 2 – 5 working days, feel free to email us at info@birdandkite.com so we may be of assistance in tracing your parcel.
  • Australia Post is a 3rd Party service. We will offer as much assistance as is possible in locating missing parcels, however, we are subject to Express Post terms and conditions once the item has been sent

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Yay! We love our international customers!

 

We want to offer you the most reliable delivery service. For this, all orders are sent via Australia Post, Registered Airmail service at a flat rate of $35 AUD worldwide.

 

 

  • Delivery generally takes around 7-21days (7-10 business days).
  • Any further taxes or import duties incurred during delivery to certain countries are at the expense of the customer. Bird & Kite are not able to estimate these costs.
  • All items are issued with a tracking number. Once your order has been sent you will be contacted by us via email with a delivery status and tracking number. You are then free to track your parcel at your own convenience, at any time, using the Australia post online tracking service,
