    Time for some well-needed Self-Care!

    As women, living in a fast paced world full of demands and expectations, it’s sometimes hard to find time to practice self care. Another hurdle we face is finding ourselves worthy of prioritising a self care practice and we often seek love from external sources to confirm we are worthy.
