RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love your Bird & Kite purchase. If for any reason your purchase isn't quite right for you, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of dispatch from our warehouse. Items returned outside of this period may not be accepted.
We have the following options available:
FULL PRICE ITEMS:
Refund or Store Credit.
DISCOUNTED ITEMS & ITEMS PURCHASED USING A PROMOTIONAL CODE:
Items purchased using a discount code and/or Bird & Kite Promotional Code may be returned for store credit only.
We do not offer exchanges.
Items discounted less than 50% can only be returned for store credit. Items discounted at 50% or greater will not be able to be returned unless the item is faulty.
Shipping Costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for tracking heir own returned items.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your order will be dispatched within one business day. Please note: This can vary during collection launches or sale periods.
ALL orders are delivered by standard Auspost mail and tracking information emailed to you upon dispatch.
Australian orders have a $15 Flat rate shipping fee.
New Zealand Orders have a $20 flat rate shipping fee.
International orders have a flat rate $40 Shipping Fee. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Tax & Duties are at the cost of the recipient.
*Domestic Orders estimated delivery 1-7 business days
*International estimated delivery within 7-28 business days
Once items have been shipped they become the property & responsibility of the purchaser.
