Where can I find your Shipping & Delivery information and T’s & C’s?
  • Enquiries regarding the delivery of your order, please follow this link to our shipping page.  Our shipping page provides answers to all our frequently asked delivery questions. Please note that once dispatched from our warehouse, your parcel is handled by a 3rd party delivery service and Bird & Kite are unable to control the progress of your delivery. 
 
How can I track my order?
  • You can track your parcel using the tracking information sent to you in the shipping confirmation email. Please check your SPAM folder if you are having trouble locating this email.
 
Where can I find your Returns T’s & C’s?

I would like to submit a return. How can I do this?
  • You can request a return via our automated returns portal. Please click on this highlighted link to our Returns Portal.  You can visit our Returns Page find out if you are eligible for a return.
I purchased an item on sale or using a discount code. Can I return it?
  • You are welcome to return your sale item(s), or item(s) purchased with a discount code, to us for a store credit as long as your item was on sale for under 50%. Please view our full T’s & C’s regarding items purchased on sale on our Returns Page.
I made a purchase using the welcome code I received after signing up to your mailing list. Can I return my item?
  • If you have purchased your item with our 'Welcome' discount code that you receive when you sign up to our emails, you are able to return your item for either a Store Credit or Refund. Please check our full T’s & C’s for returns on our Returns Page.
Can I exchange my item?
  • We do not process exchanges. If your item does not suit, you may return your item. Returns T’s & C’s apply as found in our Returns Page.
Can I make changes to my order before it has been dispatched from your warehouse?
  • We are unable to make changes to an order once it's been placed. However, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. You may request a cancellation with our friendly customer service team and place a new order if you so choose.
 
How can I know if I’m choosing the correct size?
  • The best way to know what size will fit you best, is to have a look at the style measurements given for each size on the product page of each individual style. You may then compare them against your own body measurements.  You may also check our Size Guide to find out where B & K sizing is placed in AU/US/EURO standard sizing. Please note: our size guide is only a general guide. We recommend following the actual measurements provided of each style for more accurate fit guidance. We also provide the measurements of the model and the size worn by the model on each product page for your information.
