To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such. You are only authorized to sell through the retail store that you have listed. Secondary stores, as well as website and online sales must receive prior written approval.
All orders must be placed, purchased and paid in full via our website before stock is sent. No stock will be kept on hold.
All wholesale prices are GST inclusive
We require a minimum spend of $1000 on each order placed. Orders placed less than this amount may be rejected and not sent.
We do not accept cancellations on orders as we have limited Stock On Hand. Once your order is paid for and processed through the website that stock is immediately taken from inventory and picked and packed.
For domestic orders within Australia, shipping charges will be added at checkout. The retailer incurs the shipping costs. A standard flat rate of $50 per order will be applied for domestic shipping within Australia.

Stockists may sell the product for the RRP as set by Bird & Kite. Stockists may not sell the product for more or less than the provided RRP price unless discounted during standard, industry recognised sale periods.
Bird & Kite reserves the right to run sales at any time. Generally, we do not run sales on the newest deliveries or most current stock (unless it is within an industry standard sale period) however, once a new delivery is launched we may put previous deliveries on sale.
BASIS OF SALE - Direct sale from B & K to stockist. No other representative of 3rd party has Authorisation to sell our products on our behalf.
We strive to coordinate a non-competitive environment among our stockists by selling to stockists that are a reasonable distance from each other. We may reject a wholesale request based on this preferring stockists who back the brand and order the deepest in on particular geographical location.
OUT OF STOCK- Generally if stock is unavailable to purchase online then it means it is out of stock. However, if you are interested in placing an order on an out of stock item, please contact our team on email@example.com as we may be able to produce to order in some cases or help you in some way.
All imagery owned by Bird & Kite including content provided by influencers on behalf of the brand or imagery pulled from our social media accounts may be posted or re-posted provided BIRD & KITE is tagged and credited.

HAND MADE, ARTISAN CRAFTED PRODUCTS
Bird & Kite products are artisan crafted using ancient manufacturing processes such as hand batch dyeing, hand, silk screen printing, hand cut fabric, hand operated looms, hand stitched details and buttons etc. Dyed and printed fabrics are naturally dried in the sun. Changes in temperature and weather conditions can impact the strength of dyeing and printing colours. There may be small imperfections or inconsistencies from one garment to the next due to the hand made aspect of our production. We consider these imperfections to be what makes each garment unique and special rather than to be considered as faults. In supporting slow fashion, our customer base understands and appreciates this as we hope that our stockists also will. Thank you for supporting slow fashion.
Items purchased may not be returned for change of mind, failure to on-sell or due to changing room wear and tear.
Returns for faulty goods are accepted within 7 days of delivery only.
Returns for faulty items must be requested and approved via our online returns portal. Stock returned directly to our warehouse without prior approval from us via our online returns portal will be sent back to the stockist and freight costs invoiced.
Customers may receive a credit in the form of a gift card on approved faulty item returns.
How do I request a return?
You are able to submit a return via ourReturns Portal. Once your return has been approved,(you will receive an email confirmation), you then need to send the item(s) back to us with a copy of your approval email, or a CLEAR reference to your order number to the address provided. PLEASE NOTE: Returns must be received by our warehouse within 7 days of your order request having been approved.
Once our team receive the items they will be checked by our QC staff for faults, general condition or reason for return. A credit may not be issued until our QC team have checked the items and a legitimate reason for return has been confirmed.

DISPATCH LEAD TIMES: Typically we pack and dispatch orders within 1 - 2 business days and sometimes the same day. During a busy holiday season it may longer but this is unusual. If you have a rush order please let us know and we will exert extra effort to try to get your order out sooner.
SHIPPING LEAD TIMES:Domestic orders are shipped via australia post express. Orders to NZ are shipped via DHL.Delivery generally takes around 1 - 3 working days for domestic orders once dispatched. For orders shipped to New Zealand 3 - 5 working days once dispatched. **Pending any holiday related delays. Bird & Kite is not able to control the delivery time frame once we have dispatched to a 3rd party Courier service.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will be sent an email from Bird & Kite with your tracking number and a link to click to track the status of your order and estimated delivery. With this link you are free to track your parcel at your own convenience, at any time using the online tracking service. Please check your SPAM folder if you are having trouble locating this email.
I have received a tracking link but I have not received my order within reasonable time. What can I do?
If your item has been dispatched and you have received a tracking link, Please contact the shipping provider directly. You can find this on your shipping confirmation email next to your tracking number is the logo of the company responsible for delivering your package to you and they will have the most up to date information for your package. Contacting us directly about your tracking will only take more time(As we are not the shipping company).

Important: Our estimated dispatch date is thedispatch date from our warehouse. Please note, dispatch date is an estimation only, and is subject to delivery services from country of manufacture outside of our control. From time of dispatch, delivery times are subject to third party delivery services.
*Please note that if you are ordering an item that is on Pre-Order AND an item that is currently in stock you will be charged a higher flat rate to account for us sending your order as two separate shipments. Stock on Hand will be sent immediately and pre-order items will be send at a later date.
