Your happiness is our goal.
We want you to love your Bird & Kite and feel beautiful wearing it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase we will be happy to accept a return or exchange of any full priced items within 7 days of receiving it. Items should be returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Here’s how to do it:
To request a return or exchange you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at hello@birdandkite.com.
In your email:
Please provide your name and order number
Please specify your reason for return. If the item is faulty, please outline a description of the fault.
Our customer service team will reply to you with a return address within 48 hrs.
The item needs to be returned within 7 days of us making contact with you.
The return item needs to be sent via a trackable method. Please retain your tracking number in the case of a missing parcel.
Postage costs for sending and returning of items are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
A full refund of the cost of the item will be issued, via original payment method, once we receive the item in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Our customer service team will handle exchange requests and particulars with you via email.
