    We want you to love your Bird & Kite purchase. If for any reason your purchase isn't quite right for you, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of dispatch from our warehouse. Items returned outside of this period may not be accepted.

    Items purchased using a discount code may be returned for store credit only.

    We do not offer exchanges.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for tracking their own returned items.

    Your order will be dispatched within one business day. Please note: This can vary during collection launches or sale periods.

    Pre-purchased pre-order delivery dates are estimates only, subject to delivery delays.

    ALL orders are delivered by express, trackable post and tracking information emailed to you upon dispatch.

    We offer free shipping on all AUS over $300 & all international orders over $500.

    Australian orders under $300 have a $15 Flat rate shipping fee.

    International orders have a flat rate $40 Shipping Fee. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Tax & Duties are at the cost of the recipient.

    *Domestic Orders estimated delivery 1-3 business days

    *International estimated delivery within 7-14 business days

    Once items have been shipped they become the property & responsibility of the purchaser.

    Sizing is amazing

    I usually struggle finding clothes that fit me, and was very hesitant buying online especially when I’m between a 14-16. This dress fit perfectly and was so comfortable with more space for my belly to grow baby, sizing chart was accurate.
