I have ordered something on Pre-Order, when will it be shipped?
The dispatch dates are listed at the top of the description of each pre-purchase product. Please note that these dates are estimates ONLY and do not include any pandemic / COVID-19 related delays which are outside of our control.
I have changed my mind, can I cancel my pre-order?
Pre- purchased items may be cancelled within 24 hours from time of original purchase for a refund. After 24 hour hours, no cancellations will be accepted.
I want to swap an item in my order that is on Pre-Order, can I do this?
We are not able to swap pre-purchased items with another style. You may request to cancel the order for a full refund. This will allow you to jump online and purchase the desired style separately. Cancellation requests must be within 24 hours of time of purchase.
Can I change a size or colour after I've ordered?
We are not able to change a size in your pre-purchase order once you have placed it. You may request to cancel the order for a full refund. This will allow you to jump online and purchase the desired style separately. Cancellation requests must be within 24 hours of time of purchase.
I ordered this item for an event, will it arrive on time?
As we can NOT guarantee the delivery of your Pre-Order by a certain date, we highly recommend not purchasing an item that is time dependant. The dispatch date listed on each product is an estimate only and on top of that, you will have to allow for shipping time frames (Please check our Shipping page for estimated shipping time frames depending on your location).
I would like to order one item 'in stock 'and one item pre-order. Can I have them sent separately and still receive the free shipping?

Can I return my pre-order?
Pre-orders purchased at full recommended retail price are only able to be returned for store credit. Your store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code, which you can apply at the checkout to purchase an alternative style or size via our online store.
I've forgotten what the estimated dispatch date is for my pre-order. Where can I find this information?
