We want you to love your Bird & Kite purchase and feel beautiful wearing it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of dispatch from our warehouse. Items returned outside of this period may not be accepted. 

 

All items returned must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

How do I return my Order?
You are able to submit a return via our Returns Portal. Once you have been approved, (you will receive an email confirmation), you then need to send the item(s) back to us with a copy of your approval email, or a CLEAR reference to your order number to the address provided. 

 

I purchased an item on Sale, can I return it? 
You are welcome to return your sale item(s) to us for a store credit. Your store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code, which you can apply at the checkout to purchase an alternative style or size via our online store. 
All items must be sent back in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.  

 

I purchased an item using a Discount code, can I return it? 
You are welcome to return your item(s) purchased with a discount code to us for a store credit. Your store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code, which you can apply at the checkout to purchase an alternative style or size via our online store. 
If you have purchased your item with our 'Welcome' discount code that you receive when you sign up to our emails, you are able to return your item for either a Store Credit or Refund. 

 

All items must be sent back in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. 

 

I purchased the incorrect size, Can I exchange it? 
We do not process exchanges. If you would like to change your size, please process a return for your item and place a new order for the size you would like. We highly suggest to purchase the size you want as soon as possible in order to miss out as our stock moves quickly. 

 

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Our sincerest apologies if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. As soon as you receive your order, please email an image of the fault, along with your Proof of Purchase (Your order number) to info@birdandkite.com for review. We have a 4-week faulty claims period in which case we can offer repair, replacement or refund options for your item. 

 

What about return Shipping costs?
You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return an item from your order (Unless the item is proven to be faulty). Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. We highly recommend using a reliable tracked service as Bird & Kite are not held liable for any lost packages and take no responsibility in tracking your return. 

 

My original order was over $250 and I received Free Shipping of my order but I will be returning an item, what happens with my Free Shipping? 
If you return an item that means your order falls below $250, you will be charged the flat rate shipping cost associated to your location when we process your final return amount. 

 

I was sent a Free Scrunchie / Scarf / Gift Pack with my order, do I return this also?
Yes, all item as apart of your order must be returned. Failure to return these items will mean you are charged for these from your final return amount. 

 

PRE ORDER

 

I purchased an item on Pre-Order but I need to swap the Size, how do I do this? 
We are NOT able to change a size in your pre-purchase order once you have placed it. You may request to cancel the order for a full refund which will allow you to jump online and purchase the desired style separately. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of your original purchase. 

 

I purchased an item on Pre-Order but I need to swap it to another style, how do I do this?
We are NOT able to swap pre-purchased items with another style. You may request to cancel the order for a full refund which will allow you to jump online and purchase the desired style separately. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of your original purchase. 

 

I have purchased an item on Pre-Order but I would like to cancel it, how can I do this?
Pre-purchased items may be cancelled within 24 hours of the original purchase for a refund. After 24 hours, no cancellations will be accepted.
