We want you to love your Bird & Kite and feel beautiful wearing it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase we will be happy to accept a return or exchange of any full priced items within 14 days of placing your online order. Please note that we cannot accept returned items that have been worn / tags removed. Should this be the case, your items will be returned to you and a refund not processed. Please DO NOT return items to us without contacting us first. We will not accept these returns and the items will be returned to Sender.

Thank you so much for your pre-purchase order! We are so excited to have this dress made especially for you. Please note our T's & C's for pre-purchase and pre-order items.
Dispatch dates can be found at the top of the description of each pre-purchase product.
- Dispatch dates are an estimate only. Covid related delivery delays, outside of our control, dependant.
Reorders purchased at full recommended retail price are able to be returned as per the conditions of our standard returns policy. Please check our standard Returns conditions.
- Items must be returned within 14 days from dispatch from our warehouse.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
SWAPPING - We are not able to swap pre-purchased items with another style. You may request to cancel the order for a full refund. This will allow you to jump online and purchase the desired style separately. Cancellation requests must be within 24 hours of time of purchase.
CHANGE OF SIZE - We are not able to change a size in your pre-purchase order once you have placed it. You may request to cancel the order for a full refund. This will allow you to jump online and purchase the desired style separately. Cancellation requests must be within 24 hours of time of purchase.
CANCELLATIONS - Pre- purchased items may be cancelled within 24 hours from time of original purchase for a refund. After 24 hour hours, no cancellations will be accepted.
FIRST TIME SUBSCRIBERS DISCOUNT
First time subscribers will receive a one time use, 10% off discount code to enjoy at any time of their choice. The code has no expiry date.
If shoppers Opt out or forget to use their code on their first purchase we are not able to remove the 10% from their order after the fact. The good news is that the code has no expiry date and can be used on their next purchase or any purchase of their choice.
Items purchased using a first time subscribers discount code are not able to return their item for a refund. As per our standard returns policy, items purchased at a discount are able to return for store credit under the conditions of our T's & C's.
COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE
We are happy to advise that, for the most part, our delivery lead times have not been effected for domestic orders and some International orders. Our distribution and courier partners have been doing an amazing job navigating new challenges during COVID-19.
Whilst the cases of delayed deliveries have been low, we have experienced some delays outside of our control. Some orders may experience delays in deliveries. International orders may experience more delays than domestic orders. We thank you in advance for your understanding during these challenging times.
