ALL orders are delivered by express, trackable post and tracking information emailed to you upon dispatch.

We offer free shipping to all orders over $250. 

Orders under $250: Domestic - $10 flat fee. International - $35 Flat fee. Please note: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Tax & Duties is at the cost of the recipient.

*Domestic orders estimated delivery in 1 -3 business days. 

*International estimated delivery within 7 to 14 business days.

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser.

We want you to love your Bird & Kite purchase. If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right for you, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of dispatch from our warehouse. Items returned outside of this period may not be accepted.

A store credit will be issued for any returned sale or discounted items purchase. Items purchased using a discount code may be returned for store credit only.

We do not offer exchanges.

Shipping costs are non refundable. Customers are responsible for tracking their own returned items.
